AMG ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Clementine platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Account Information
When your account is created by an AMG Account Manager, we store your name, email address, and organization/chapter name. Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.
Uploaded Content
Images, logos, brand assets, and reference artwork you upload through the Service are stored on our secure file storage infrastructure (DigitalOcean Spaces).
Design Session Data
When you use Clementine, we store your design preferences, design plans, and generated artwork. We also record your consent initials and timestamp.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including requests submitted, pages visited, and actions taken. This data is used to improve the Service and support your projects.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process your design requests, change requests, and quote requests.
- To generate Clementine designs based on your inputs and uploaded content.
- To send you notifications about your projects (artwork updates, quote readiness, request status changes).
- To communicate with you about your account and orders.
- To maintain audit logs for security and quality assurance.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:
- OpenAI — Your design preferences and uploaded reference images may be sent to OpenAI's API to power Clementine's design generation. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing. We use their API services, which do not use your data for model training.
- DigitalOcean Spaces — Used for secure file storage of uploaded images and generated artwork.
- PlanetScale — Our database provider, used to store account and project data.
- Vercel — Our hosting provider, used to serve the application.
5. Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information using industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and access controls. Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
The Service uses essential cookies for session management (keeping you logged in) and local storage for user preferences (such as light/dark mode). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
7. Push Notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications to your browser to alert you about project updates. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through the notification bell in the portal. Notification subscription data (endpoint and encryption keys) is stored securely and used solely for delivering notifications.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account information and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Temporary files (such as in-progress uploads) are automatically cleaned up within 24 hours. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact your AMG Account Manager.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
- Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time.

10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
